Squid At Crossfit 3D For 17.4!

SPORTTAPE and Squid Compression went on a road trip last weekend to the Reebok 17.4 event at CrossFit 3D in Manchester this weekend, and what an event it was! 

The athletes were in absolute beast mode, smashing their way through the sheer intensity of the hour.

Luckily, SPORTTAPE & Squid were on hand to help out with free massage, taping, and Squid Compression. There really is nothing we love more than helping athletes to push themselves to their highest level.

With all credit to Crossfit 3D, the atmosphere was electric, and supporting such an event was particularly exciting and enlightening for our whole team.

We would like to thank the two physios Lydia May and Lumbali Munthali for helping out, and it is always a pleasure to work alongside Reebok and FORI.
